Shannon and I looked into this a while back with Mad Pat, the place is Austria or Germany seems the most feasible, but there are some in Panama, as apparently its illegal in the US, although Pat did find somewhere in Texas if I remember rightly. Have you found some other ones?

I was tempted with the place in Austria as it wouldnt be too much of a struggle to get there for me being in the UK...Now you've got me thinking again!
