Questions regarding liver cleanse for the first time

Hello,
I've been recommended to do Dr Clark's liver cleanse in addition to the parasite cleanse. I am actually not sure why but is the liver cleanse necessary to get rid of parasites? I am on the last week of the parasite cleanse and I've yet to see any improvements nor did I see any physical proof in my stools. For years I had chronic constipation and I don't know what the cause is. Will doing the liver cleanse help constipation?

From reading the cleanse directions, it seems really complicated as I never tried anything like this. I am willing to give it a shot however if I know that it will help.

Also, from reading Dr Clark's guides all I need to buy is the Epsom Salt but I was wondering if I can also purchase it elsewhere for cheaper meaning would it make a difference?
