Re: Will dry fasting help Leaky Gut and Dysbiosis? (followed by FMT and GAPS)
no, I get a tingling feeling in my liver as well, and also my brain I think, the reason for that I think is because the liver and brain don't have any pain nerve endings which is why no one ever feels anything wrong with their liver/brain until it is too late.
I think the tingling is because you can still feel something when the t-cells are dissolving the damaged cells where in other places of the body you would feel a sharp pain probably, you just feel a tingle instead, so it is a good sign !
The pain in my gut was more like food poisioning, some parts of the body you feel a constant pain for hours or days while the immune system is doing something in that area, in other parts of the body you just get a short sharp shock pain where the immune system has built up an army of t-cells around a damaged area I think , and then co-ordinates an attach in a split second.
I've also felt a burning in my sciatic nerve in my buttock for a couple of days rather than just a short shock.
When my right kidney healed, I got a short sharp shock in my kidney like someone stabbed it with a 100volt electrocution needle, I think that kidney had some very bad damage !! :p which dry fasting got rid of :)
