so acv is good in general but doesnt really make a big difference to take it together with Lugols with the hope of it being used better? /(i dont know what ur ortho-word means) lol sorry.....


i m taking my stuff differently now.

When i wake up i m having my Lugols 1 and a half dropper full in veggi caps and 1 iodoral 12,5 mg together with about 1 liter of filterd water. And 200 mg Selenmethionine. Then i m taking my shower, get ready etc.

About 1 hour later i m taking my morning smoothie (banana with just barley) and some other supplements. :

Co factors, vit b5, 2 brazil nuts, zinc citrite (citrate???) .


Throughout the day i m taking several hibiscus capsules (dried hibiscus leaves, pulverized) : antioxidants.

in the evening i m taking 3-4 g Vitamin c and about 400 to 500 mg magnesium citrite.

(i guess thats it).
