Keep drinking your lemonade and stay away from the friggin scale! Pepe is 100% right... this is me talking, I am on day 53... I have gone through periods of losing a lot... and losing nothing. The whole point of what you are doing is to allow your body to WORK. Do not focus on "how much weight you are losing"!! DRINK the lemonade, and LOTS of water.... do some daily exercise even if it is gentle walking or stretching. Keep your intestines scrupulously clean and give your body TIME! Quick weight loss is a pipe dream anyhow! If that is your attitude, any weight you lose you will put right back on PLUS. You must examine your goals, and your strategy, in a long term light. Go down a few posts and read denizen3 for some true inspiration. Then, I want a full report of what you think of her experience!!
