Start with just the clay powder, and a flavor you already know you are not allergic to. That's how I started. I now find I can also use Listerine Natural no fluoride. Sometimes I make a thick wet paste with the clay from this, and it won't mold this way, but go slow, and keep it simple! If the clay makes your mouth dry, brush you teeth and gums with a bit of organic olive oil or sunflower seed oil afterwards to condition. I add 15 drops cinnamon and 5-7 drops clove essential oil (food grade) to about 1 oz of this too. My gums are soft and shiny and super healthy now, as are my lips. :)
