My First Experience with Coffee Enema

Hello everybody! I have been reading this forum for a while and get the info on beating Candida from first hands as it seems to me which is very encouraging in my Candida battle. My Candida is going on for about 15 years with many classic symptoms like bloating, gas, vaginal yeast, skin break out(seborrhea), fatigue, lack of energy, difficulty to get asleep once you wake up at night, depressive thoughts, anger from time to time, PMS...My blood pressure is always low.
So along with my serious Candida diet I started to do enema. I am not going to describe all my attempts of enema cleanse, just focus on Coffee enema. I simply need your opinion on how to do it correctly to get the maximum result. In the morning right after my bowel movement I have flashed my bowel with a spring water as was suggested on this site to prepare my bowel for coffee enema. Then I did my coffee enema, with a 8 years old Turkey coffee, not sure if its age affected the effectiveness of the coffee in enema... 2 flat tbsps on 1 quarter of water. I was able to retain the "mixture" for 7 minutes then expelled very dirty water with particles of undigested food and some jelly like small pieces and probably small parasites, but not sure. I have to say that days and nights before I felt rectul itch and some white discharge out of my anus which I could not tell if that were parasites or candida. Also have to say that after coffee enema I am not having any rectal itching and/or discharge. Right after enema I had a burst of energy, did chores, went shopping ... During the lunch time and after I felt a severe drowsiness , fatigue and had to take a nap, After a nap I have not felt any better: weakness, fatigue, tiredness. So now I am thinking: Did I do anything wrong with the coffee enema? May be I did not do water- enema right after coffee enema to flush all the toxins. Please tell me what you thing on that matter. Your opinions are very important for me. Thank you and love you all!
