That is very interesting. I had never heard that.
I have some inattentive ADD and catecholamine Depression (lethargy, poor motivation, etc). In recent years I've noticed that I have fewer symptoms in the evening after I've eaten a steak. (I need digestive enzymes or it could cause fatigue, etc).
I assumed the iron in red meat was the biggest factor, but maybe adrenaline and related chemicals may be a factor (Adrenalaine is at the end of the line of catecholamines.)
