Medications

This is kinda of a generalized question but how long on the average does it take parasites to build up an immunity to drugs like Fenbendazole, Ivermectin, Albendazole?

Also, I fall asleep on the sofa allot (fully clothed) other than getting rid of the sofa what can I use to make sure its decontaminated? Thanks
