Can Herbs clear parasites in the lungs and sinus cavities?

I apologize if this has been asked already...
Will herbs be enough to fight parasites in the sinus as well as the lungs?
I am having some luck with intestinal worms but wonder if I need to get a prescription to help in the fight against the ones I have in my lungs and sinus?
