update on my parasites/gas problems

I followed up the parasite cleanse I took with a total body flush/cleanse (called Body Cleanse 360) from the same maker. I finished the total body cleanse on the 10th and parasites are still coming out of me, and it’s been about a week since I finished. I must've had a ton of parasites in me. Also I’m still not having a lot of gas since I took the cleanses, I only really have gas when I have to move my bowels.
I went to my gastroenterologist appointment on the 14th and she prescribed me metronidazole 500MG to get rid of bad bacteria in my gut. At first I was nervous to tell her about the parasites. But when I did she looked taken a back like it was unlikely for me to have parasites, she even said she doubted that I did. But I'm 100% positive that I do I saw them with my own eyes. I should've shown her pictures but that would probably gross her out and I had left my camera at home anyways. But long story short I have to do a stool sample on Monday so she can be positive its parasites. She said if it comes back positive she'll prescribe me medication to get rid of the parasites. Even tho I feel like the parasite cleansing pills I took has gotten rid of A LOT of them it won't hurt to get more medication that could get rid of the lingering ones. Tweet
