What helped me with GERD the most were actually coffee enemas. I have done many Liver Flushes in the past and they were very hard on my system, kidneys especially. With coffee enemas you don't get the detox like you do with liver flushes. Now I can eat things that would have created an instant gallbladder attack like pistachio nuts or even pizza once in a while. For me coffee enemas were the answer.
