Gastritis and GERD is more of a colon problem where it needs to be cleaned out, but it's also a liver problem because you're not able to have good digestion due to not enough bile being released into the colon. Meaning the liver is congested, too. Get the colon cleaned out at the same time you're flushing your liver. It may take longer than you anticipate, so don't get discouraged and keep going until you have both of those organs cleaned out. It may take you months or years according to what condition both are in. Listen to what your body is telling you. You'll know when you have done a good job of cleaning out those two organs. By that time your lymphatic system will clean out and you'll be feeling much better. You'll be close to the time when your whole body will start functioning like it should. Don't forget to support the nutritional side of your recovery.
