Re: 1 year post removal-am I crazy???

I so appreciate everyone's input so far. It helps to know that others out there have experienced the struggle. I am currently awaiting the results of my recent bloodwork from my GP. He has been very kind to me through all of this and I am hoping to get an appointment after my results to discuss some of my findings with him...although I'm not sure there's much to do much manage some of the symptoms while recovering. Have any of you found anything that works?

I called today as my anxiety had been through the roof the past several days. They suggested I take 25 mg of Benadryl since I'm pregnant. That order came from my GP. Currently my OB is out of town but I plan to discuss everything with him including the anxiety at my appointment next Wednesday to see what he suggests.

I am really trying to enjoy this pregnancy but at this point I almost cannot wait until it's over so that I can be on something more regular for the anxiety and so that all of these docs stop blaming pregnancy symptoms. I am going to try some pregnancy massage to see if this helps.

Something else....I've been having awful migranes with this pregnancy which is odd. I did have some headaches during and post mirena however these have been awful...lasting 2-3 days and sometimes returning after only one day. My OB have me fioricet but I definitely do NOT want to have to use it liberally as it makes me feel goofy. Perhaps the massage could help with this as well. Is anyone aware of any natural supplements that might help with both the headaches and anxiety that I could look into?

Finally, when have any of you had some relief from the anxiety, fogginess and fatigue? My symptoms seem to ebb and flow. There are some days where I feel pretty great only for the next day to bring more frustrations. Also I can go several weeks with mild symptoms and then all of a sudden things spring back up! Tweet
