I had the same experience where I thought, hey it's not so bad. I would leave a room and come back and notice the smell. Sometimes it would smell like rotting food. Other times it would smell like manure. I am always constipated. The doc prescribed Linzess and it really helps. I also will take a papaya enzyme which helps break down the food while it is still in my stomach. I can not eat raw fruits or veggies. It causes so much pain I end up just throwing it all up. Maybe you have celiac. Find a good doc who believes you. We are not crazy. :) Tweet
