Re: Li-brain.

I am defenitely with you about the emotions. And as I said in my first post; talking about whats nagging you is therapy; done in the right way of course. This young man actually said to me that "talking to you about it, make it much less attractive to do it"

But if there is a deficiency of some kind, like vit B or a mineral, the emotional purging is difficult as we tend to get stuck. Vit B deficiency = scizofrenia Magnesium deficiency; anxiety etc.
Back to this case; it was probably a deficiency of lithium. We are low in Scandinavia. Bipolarity skyrocketing over here. Same as hypothyroid.

And that I believe is the reason why "but was very considerably constipating and dehydrating in doses over 5mg a day, and if i can recall, last time i tried, even just 5mg a day was giving me issues."

-as just a little lithium could trigger a hypo thyroid condition as it compete with iodine. And vice versa.

I gave him the chloride form of Li, this was mixed with the magnesium chloride and about 70 other minerals and trace minerals, so it could be that this form and ratio between minerals / better uptake was the reason for an almost immediate hit.

"that our relationship with emotions is supposed to be a never suppressing always expressing one"
-I really like this; and agree. Suppressed emotions like anger, bitterness in particular is maybe the most devastating for the soul.
