Is T3 treatment really that bad for AFers?
Hi again!!
In the last few months I learnt here and there that if you want to treat your thyroid you need your adrenals working properly first. So you can not take thyroid medication as this would be a burden on your adrenals and it will be worst for your overall heath.
But then, today I readed this article>>
Matt had problems with T3, which usually points to an adrenal issue (or low iron in many cases). But by doing the early morning T3 to feed his adrenals, he’s doing much better!
He wasn´t ok on T3 bc he had adrenal problems. But he tried an interesting method that did help him taking T3 with not problems and his health did improve!
google this to find the article>> stopthethyroidmadness .com / t3-circadian-protocol-for-adrenals-2 / matts-story/
And this is the method he is using (that I´m tempted to try at some point as I will love to have again normal heart rate and temps among other things)

What do you think about this?
