Documenting diet and supplements

Hi. I just wanted to document my regimen and get others perspectives on it.

Foods I eat on a daily basis:
Avocado (1 whole)
Russet potatoes or (2-3 large)
Japanese sweet potatoes (2 large)
Walnuts (handful)
Brazil nuts (4-5)
Flax seeds ground (2 tbl)
sunflower seeds (2 tbl)
Chicken (4-6oz)
Salmon (4-6oz)
Green Lentils (1 Cup)
Spinach (6-8oz)
Kale (6-8oz)
Green tea (16oz)
Carrots/celery (3-4 whole)
Kombucha (occasionally)
broccoli (8oz)

I don't eat all of this daily, but this is what my diet consists of regularly.

Supplements I am currently taking:
B12 (3000mcg) w/ Folic Acid (400mcg)
Selenium (200mcg)
Iodoral (about 1/4 tablet of a 12.5mg tablet, so about 3.125mg)
Pregnenolone (10-30mg)
Vitamin C (up to 5g daily, sometimes less)
Cod liver oil (A,D & Omega 3, about 1-2tsp)
Vitamin E (400IU)
SAMe (400mg)
HCL w/ Pepsin (600-1200mg w/ supplements)
Zinc Picolinate (50mg every other day) and Magnesium Citrate (400mg) at bedtime
Korean Ginseng (550mg)

I almost believe that AF is just a symptom of some underlying problem like Leaky gut and once the gut is healed the AF will subside.

Does anyone have any other thoughts on this or recommendations?

Thanks.
