Looking back to learn for the future.

I've been researching some of my posts that I made about the time I C/T from ativan to Valium and see an exact replica of what I'm going through now.

As I didn't really C/T but did more of a C/T taper, at least I know for sure this is my gaba system screaming for a break. I know this doesn't have to be repeated... but when in a freak out mode like i am right now, it's good to have that peace of mind.
