In ABSOLUTE HELL. Valium. STUCK.

So long story short... over the past three months I've made 3 cuts from 15mg of Valium... that happened to much larger than I previously thought due to some issues weighing with my scale.

So I made a 7.5% cut, stayed there for a week, and went back up, waiting 2 weeks before making a 5% cut, stayed there for a week, and went back up, and then the latest was a 3.5% cut, waited for a week, and went back to 15mg.

Here I stand. Feeling the worst I've ever felt in my life.

Is this normal for someone who's had three failed cuts in this time frame and had to updose.

Current symptoms:

-Severe burning skin
-Horrible pains in my gut
-DP/DR
-Feelings of rage and coming out of my skin
-Constant memory skipping around
-Shallow breathing
-Feel like I need to run around and scream my head off
-Can't speak
-This morning feels like 10 years ago
-Freezing hands/feet
-Severe Depression and Anxiety
-Bizarre thoughts and in a dreamlike state.
-Nausea
-OCD Racing Mind
-Terror
-Severe chemical sensitivities
-Increased food reactions


I'm assuming this is all from the bouncing around and my brain giving me a big "WTF are you doing to me"... but this is getting to be more than I can bare.

I've had to cut everything down to simply part time school and my caretaking job... all my volunteer work I was doing w/children and socialization is on hold.

This is incredible. The reason I keep posting here instead of benzobuddies is that people think I'm in tolerance w/d, and seeing as I just upped ALOT not that long ago and with all the changes, that makes no sense to me. So even if I don't get a response here (and trust me, I know you're busy Uny), writing all this is therapuetic.
