It doesn't make me irritable and frustrated persay, but pee like the devil, yes!
I've been using here and there borax, 1/4 tsp stirred into warm water, diluted into hot water, then mixed into a liter of cold water, and used (the correct dose) 1-3 drops in 1 liter daily drinking water.
Any higher than that dilution, and ker-flush, frequent pottytime for the next six hours, believe me!
You may wanna check up on borax cofactors, and Iodine cofactors. Adding something often reveals that something else is missing.
