I understand what you mean. In my defense :) I have to say that I have learn that (at least partialy) as now I know I dont need to be the bestmplyer of the world for example.
Today while walking I slowed the pace. Very enjoyable. I'm getting the flu so I dont know if was that or the slow pace but it felt great. Listening to the city noises and walking slow... no worries.... Beautifull.
And then I had to go inside the post office which meand high heater on which my body responds very bad. Especially if lots of people is around as it was. And you know what?
I remembered your words and started doing everything sloooow and then tried to breathe slooow and I did it he whole time without getting flushed or nervous. Simply amazing!
You dont know how much I thank you your previous advice because for me it works and is so easy to implement.
