Mri for parasites - contrast needed to show anything?

Basically a neruologist ordered a mri and suggested with parasites to see anything a contrast would need to be done as well as one without to check the head. Anyone think the contrast is worth getting?

There is some concern over its potential side effects although it seems to be a low number of people that have issues with it.

If it would come out clear then I should be able to go onto albendazole again.
