As you know, I disagree that adrenal fatigue doesn't exist. I do believe it does exist but I do agree with you that adrenal fatigue is not causes by a vegan diet, although a raw vegan diet I do believe could lead to adrenal fatigue depending on the person. Some people will need to eat at least some meat that really depends on the person, but I do agree with you that if you eat a healthy vegan diet with plenty of calories, this is a very good diet for the vast majority of people (but some people will need some meat or dairy or whatever in the diet).
It seems that in early stage adrenal fatigue, cortisol levels may be elevated and later on, the levels become decreased or inconsistent throughout the day.
I don't know about this Lawrence Wilson but I'm not a fan of most of what the other Dr. Wilson writes. Anyone that says the majority of macro-nutrients in a human diet should come from meat is on the wrong track in my opinion.
