NEED HELP: Am I just reinfecting myself? long, but important

I've been on the Iver/Abz protocol for 4 weeks, and I just had something occur to me that is very scary. I've had a big problem with whatever skin parasites I have on my right arm. I sit on the bed to work on the computer, which means that my arm is resting on the bed. Ever since I've been on the protocol, I've found lots of the white things sticking to my arm when I lift it up. What I'm wondering, is are they coming OUT or going back IN?

I thought it was scabies, but I've never had a rash, and sores seem more like Morg sores than scabies sores. My arms used to itch like mad until I first started using RID and coconut oil, then the itching stopped. Still, when I started treating, the white things coming out were too large to be strongyloides and were coming out from all the places that scabies love; between my fingers, around my joints, on my fingertips, etc. They are better, but still there.

Also, I have four types of things coming out of my skin. Tiny white and black rods, which I figure are the strongyloides. White fluffy things, which I figures were scabies and white bits of something paperlike, which I figured was tapeworm.

So back to why I wonder if I'm reinfecting myself. I rent a room from a friend who is completely insane about water and electric usage. I get the "lecture" if the water bill goes up. She is a pig who hardly ever washes her clothes or bathes. I wash my bed linens as often as I can sneak it in, but she is home almost all the time, so it's usually once a week. I do use borax when I wash them, and I do shake them out every morning and night, and spray my mattress weekly.

If this is indeed scabies (itch or not) or some other sort of parasite that does NOT die the minute it exits your skin, could they just be climbing right back in when my arms is resting on top of them?

The big question: Should I start using Ivermectin externally on that arm on a daily basis so if they are indeed crawling back in, they will die? I'd wear long sleeves, but I'm in South Florida and my roommate keeps the house so hot, I'd die in long sleeves during the day.

Thanks! I'm trying so hard to get rid of this crap, and to think I might just be in a vicious cycle is making me crazy. Luckily, I'm moving in less than two months, so I will be able to wash my stuff daily if I want.
