My wife gets that way some with me. Yet, she starts crying because I lose weight for awhile and then stop and then continues. My doctor said, "Candida but I think I may have parasites, and possibly Sibo." I had them all in 2007 to 2009 and lost 54 pounds. Only gained 15 back and now have lost 15 more. Best wishes.
