Re: My 1st retest with TEI

Hi,

I'm no expert, but some of your rapid changes may be cause for concern. Your Na/Mg ratio is the adrenal ratio, and, per ARL, the ideal is 4.17 which you were very close to on your initial test. Now it is 12.05 which indicates extreme adrenal activity. I have never heard of AdrenaStim, but I just found it online, and it has quite a few ingredients that are very stimulating to the adrenals, maybe too much so. Did you practitioner approve that and any other supplements that weren't lab-recommended? I work with ARL, and my practitioner cautions each of us to not add supplements without speaking to him. I value his experience and training so I do that. Plus I have learned the hard way through my own health journey that something may make me feel better for a while can have very bad long-term results.

It would be helpful if you shared your practitioner's thoughts on your retests.

Also, since you are now in fast oxidation, it would be good if you retest more frequently. We slow oxidizers don't change very rapidly so I only retest every 6 months, and my understanding is that fast oxidizers should retest every 3 months or so. But again, ask your practitioner about that.
