Re: Root canal advice. Possible cause of my issues? Who do i go to to find possible infection
Hi! I am very sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I just did a post right after yours. It's funny that your asking about this correlation because I just read that infection from an abscessed tooth (which it seems most teeth with
root canals become) can leak into your sinuses, then drip down and be swallowed allowing it access to your stomach. I am not positive of my time frame, all I know for sure is that I was twenty years old when I developed asthma. I was so mad... who gets asthma when their twenty years old!!? I also have bad allergies and sinus infections since then. I got my
root canal when I was 19 or 20... I cant remember for sure which happened first but it would make sense that this very poorly done
root canal is what has caused all of this. My infection shows up on the x ray but its been six years since the procedure.
For a temporary fix... nasal rinses seem to be the most helpful for me at least. I stopped taking
Antibiotics for sinus infections a few years ago because I got them so often Its like I was non stop on them all winter. Then I read that sinus infections are more than likely caused by a virus... so an
Antibiotic would do more hurt than harm if so. I add a little h2Oh to the rinse because it seems to be a great antimicrobial. Good luck and I hope you find the answer.
