Root canal advice. Possible cause of my issues? Who do i go to to find possible infection

in December, i had a root canal done. All was fine for about a week or so, and then i started feeling spaced out every now and then and getting headaches. I also found out i was pregnant so i put a lot of my symptoms down to that. 2 weeks later i miscarried, and the symptoms went away. 2 week later, and the brain fog comes back and is constant, along with headaches, itchy ears, post nasal drip, and other sinus issues. I have had a ct scan (normal), CBC, been to a doctor diagnosed a sinus infection, Antibiotics never helped, went to an ENT who told me i had acid reflux, but never mentioned i had a sinus infection. I had some hormone testing done because i thought maybe the pregnancy and miscarriage just threw me off, but all came back normal. After reading a lot online i thought maybe the root canal could be causing the issues. The pregnancy and the dental are the only two things that happened before the symptoms started, so i guess i figure it is one or the other. My question is, if i had infection in the tooth would i not physically see it? I just figured it would be visible. Also, what kind of dentist should i have check on this? I don't really know how to explain i think the root canal is the issue without them thinking i am mad lol. I just really want an answer to this, and i heard that to see infection they have to open the tooth and look to really know, as sometimes x-rays would not show it. Any advice? Tweet
