Thank you! I spoke with Barbara on the phone today and she was so nice! I ordered the humanatea and cream. :) I took one pill this morning and one this evening. I have a headache and a stuffy nose and had to run to the bathroom two hrs after first dose. Nothing this evening but very gassy. We agreed I'll start slow at one pill twice per day first week and ramp up the second week if I'm doing ok.
