Jazzer, I pretty much threw the lemon out the door; I mean it was just toooo painful and after embarking on the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement enemas, I'm not sure the lemon part is that crucial.
I added 2 cups water when I tried it, because the first time was horrible!!!
A CZ member posted some pics of Ropes in Miracle-Mineral-Supplement solution (check out parasite images "Ropeworm") where they dissolved in a couple of hours or so. Doing shorter times with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement seems to cover the left over stages. I'm guessing MMS enemas held longer could perhaps replace the Gubarev Enemas..but I feel the element of surprise and switching things up is what produces the most profound results, just an opinion of course.
