Hi - I have just discovered Kefir and would like to make my own but have little knowledge of how to make it or store it.Prior to buying starter grains can anyone advise on the following -
On completion of making a batch of Kefir milk does heat/cooking/microwave have any impact on the quality/health benefits of Kefir?
When you have made a batch of Kefir milk what is the best way to store it and how long does it keep before it goes off?
Can Kefir be used as a substitute for probiotic capsules?
I have read that you can reuse the grains over and over again - how many times before they lose heir quality?
