I like sourdough too myself.. though being the east coast the only place you can find it sometime is at cheesecake factory but its nothing like the old Paresian brand from san francisco..

I think dr. eric berg on one of his videos talks about hypothyroids and how they seem to love sourdough bread with butter.. "they seem to love that for some reason.."

lol.

But its still wheat..

There are heritage wheats one can order.. Ive never tried any of them but im sure they would be acceptable as they havent been genetically modified in any way and are the same state as theyve been for thousands of years
