Does food taste bad in your mouth?
Has food begun to taste bad in your mouth at any point in your
Iodine journey?
What am I eating? I have a
healthy Diet recommended to me by a nutritional therapist of functional medicine. (Organic, clean food, good fats, proteins and carbs, lots of veggies etc.)
My own thought is that since I have also been on a milkless and glutenless diet to see if it makes a difference, I have been fed up with all the restrictions. And because of exhaustion and lack of interest in cooking I have a tendency to get stuck in same foods.
So my own solution would be to start thinking what food I would really enjoy (within the healthy range) and start experimenting on those.
And some nutritional therapists recommend one exception day per week when you can eat what you pretty much like (as long as you don't seriously harm your health).
These are my thoughts, but if anyone has other ideas or, even better, any personal experience on this, I would like to hear.
