Advice plz, sore pancreas area, 2 amalgams left

I have been working through the last of my Amalgam removals, I have had 13, there are 2 left, and one root canal.

I have had type 1 diabetes since 8 months after the first one was installed, and severe insomnias on a yearly basis since then.

I was able to stave off insomnia this year with using vitamin and mineral supplements (B-complex vitamins and individual minerals). I have gone 3 months now using them in small doses..

The pattern I am following involves using houston's enzymes to cut down on food fermentation in the gut, and very dilute Lugol's (iodine) as one of the minerals.

I got interested in the Iodine VWT forum, and went ahead too fast, I used 1 drop Lugol's 5% in water last night, and I woke up today with a really teary state.

My pancreas area has been panging on and off in the past two months, not strong enough to be pain, but enough that I am concerned, and it has been panging more, after the drop of Lugol's.

Any tips here?
I am salt flushing and using sodium ascorbate, since what I can see on the Iodine forums says the crying spells are bromide detox.
... Ordering humaworm tommorrow, though it is going to take some time to arrive, am in a country where they can't deliver directly, so I have to get it shipped through family privately. I expect a month before I have it in my mailbox.
I can buy walnut tincture and cloves and Wormwood extract, but from what I can read, humaworm is much more effective.

Have plenty of Epsom Salts and magnesium malate, taurate, even citrate here, but my experience with trying a Liver Flush without having parasite cleansed is just a screwy head (literally feeling disconnected and can't think straight), and no stones.

Tips much appreciated,
-illys
