How long will you be in SouthEast Asia?
One recommendation might be to take the HW with you. I just went on vacation and took my HW with me and did the cleanse while on vacation because I already started it before I went and didn't want to stop it. It stays in your system 7 days after the cleanse is over. It will kill the eggs that enter your body while you are over there if you are exposed to larve which you will be because it is everywhere. If you are going to be over there for say 6 months then take two HW cleanses with you. Take one HW for 30 days. Wait 90 days and do the second HW cleanse for 30 days. And so on. Just an idea. In my opinion it is way safer than the vaccine but that is just my opinion.
