thanks for the reply, I'm feeling energized in the middle of the night so encouraged, but I've read that's not uncommon. What is "re-roganisation" if you don't mind my asking? I have a mostly vegetarian green low fat diet, no Sugar limited processed food.
So you cleaned out your arteries? That's great! How long did you fast? I'm not trying to do this all at once, but since I have gone this far, I'd like to make it count.
I plan to slowly do juice and things to help flush out the toxins before I eat solid food.
