Even though the TSH readings are virtually useless. A reading of 1.37 TSH is a good place for most supplementing iodine. Although for those taking Armour they will have to reduce Iodine intake according to blood work as it will ultimately push their TSH treading to a much lower (Hyperthyroid) reading, I know because of regular blood work.
