This looks like a form of non-disseminated candidiasis, or dysbiosis.
yOu need to take 35,000 IU of vitmain A daily divided into 4 doses, with food for 90 days. This will remove the gut flora that is causing this. If the suspect dermatophyte is Candida, you can get rid of this with 28 days of 2million units of Nystatin daily. (Sugarfree drops, try this first.) But if it is some other dermatophyte or candida, vitamin A will work. You should have a liver function test first.
Your histamine is self generated as an allergic reaction to the pathogenic fungi/dermatophyte in your gut.
