You can also get Mebendazole off of Amazon. Search for "Benda 500". My seller was ZET7Elephant. It took a while to get to the states (2-3 weeks IRC).

That did something. I had some medium-ish level die-off/herx. I was happy because I knew it was killing something. Herx went away after a few days but I kept taking it for 10-ish days. I didn't feel anything different after that so I stopped. I did another round later but, again, no die-off/herx. I may do another round as it's been a few months.

Unlike the Manoverm (Niclosamide), which has 4 tables per box, the Benda 500 (Mebendazole) has only one tablet per box. IRC, I broke the Benda into quarters and took 1 /4 twice a day.
