I ordered mine off of Amazon. Search for "Manoverm". I ordered 10 boxes even though the quantity available was listed as 1. I followed the protocol posted here on CZ. I'm pretty sure it was ICU's but it was a few months back.

Sadly, it didn't do anything for me.
