Does Oral Nystatin 30ml get rid of mycelial candida in gut?

Help! Do Nystatin oral drops help get rid of candida in mycelial form in the gut??

I'm on day 3 but I'm worried that the high sugar content is increasing its growth. I'm taking 1ml 4x times a day as recommended. The covering on my tongue is slightly different but it's still quite white at the back- the covering has been white at the back for a long time. I know I should give it more time but thought it may be working a bit better by now.

I've had a bit of diarrhoea and don't know if this is die-off or reaction to more candida growing in gut. On the leaflet it says it is for gut infections but everyone I talk to says it's only really for mouth infections. It's really confusing.

My doctor is finally coming round to the idea that I have a systemic candida problem but would only prescribe Nystan to begin with. We don't have Nystatin powder or tablets in the UK otherwise I would have preferred taking these.

Thanks so much for any help and advice. I'm new to this forum and think it's fantastic. I've been so ill with many different symptoms. Have been to hospital several times and found all the information on this site very useful.
