Yeah, chicken soup. Salty chicken soup, if from a can, get fresh carrots, celery, dump the progresso in the pan, then a full can of water, add a bunch of carrots, Celery cut up, small handful of more noodles. The chloride will take a lot of junk out and also provide extra electrical conductivity to the body to hasten things. Then do the Iodine thing again, off and on every other day, soup, iodine, soup iodine, or as frequent as you like, alternating. Vit. C a big help and selenium minimum 200 mcg every other day. Eat beef liver, if you cant then a little copper pill twice a week. IP6 on an empty stomach or with butter bread if you not gluten intolerant. 2 grams before bed. I ain't tellin ya what to do, only relating what I might do if in similar shoes
