Thank you so much! I will increase my salt intake and add vitamin K. I am taking the other supplements and taking 1/2 teaspoon of salt once a day. Fortunately my doctor had me do a detox prior to finding out that I am Iodine deficient so I am not experiencing other problems than the halogens. He wrote the Detox for Dummies book. I don't have the depression, zits, or fatigue. Just cold versus fog. Really wanting to think clearly again. Also getting pretty apathetic which is unusual for me. Thank you for your help. It is good to know that the cold is not an anomaly.
