Have you tried an elimination diet. It could be the food your eating causing you distress. Also it's best to eat protein separate from starches, so no meat in sandwiches. Try avoiding grains, it made a huge difference for me. Also, when we have problems digesting it is often caused by lack of bile. Think about doing a liver flush, best to do after a Colon Cleanse of some type. An enzyme called GB3 or PanOx is great for improving digestion by supplying much needed bile. Hope this helps!
