Parasites and moon cycles

I have been battling some type of parasite for years . My symptoms definitely worsen during both the full and the new moon . During the full moon it's more constipation and anger issues . I am also always left with some sort of lesion on my butt/ cheek area.. The new moon brings gold colored diarrhea, stomach upset and emotional rage , suspicion and anger issues . I have an arsenal of things I use to fight all these things ... I just wondered if anyone can related ? Any thoughts on what type of parasite this might be ?
