Re: Help! How am I supposed to have a sex life?!?!?

I have had a marsupialization (bilateral/both sides) and I thought I was free and clear... after five years of no problems it seems I've got another cyst. >:( It's on my right side, which has always seemed less affected by the surgery anyway. My right side has some considerable scar tissue and aisib hole, but the right never really looked much different. I'm concerned that these will start coming back again... mine grow fast and in the past have been absolutely debilitating. The first one, the nurses who first attended my dr appt said they'd never seen anything like it. Ugh.

I too love sex, so I can attest that the marsup' surgery doesn't necessarily wreck your sex life, but my docs recommended I not hahave the gland removed because apparently that can. Not fun. It's a lose-lose situation, it seems.

I hope you've had good luck and have recovered. I've got my fingers crossed that I won't have to have another surgery.. Tweet
