I just scanned some articles on Dr. Wilson's site about low sodium/potassium. It does indicate long term stress, and quite a few things can keep it low. The good news is that things are changing and will continue to so at some point yours will be a good ratio.

On my first test mine was around 2, I think. It came up after that, but I did retrace that first test about 3 years into doing NB. Many of my numbers were almost identical to the very first one.

Getting rid of copper is a great thing! Mine started out over 9 and goes up and down. The highest has been 12. I have been dumping a lot of copper and parasites in the last few months so expect to see that number even higher. It will be amazing when my copper is anywhere near normal! Something to look forward to.
