Looks like a rope worm. A new kind of parasite that nobody knows much about but a whole bunch of people have. They are masters of disguise. Very difficult to see in the stool. Very difficult to kill via diet unless you do a Water Fast or some crazy kind of garlic fast. Mostly come out of enemas. I suggest you listen to Dr. Alex Volinsky as he is the only known Dr. that I know of that is actually trying to figure this bugger out in the United States. Tweet
