I completely understand your situation. I am about 4 months into this research myself and still feel like I'm banging my head against the wall at times. I tried doing some of this diet, some of that diet. All the advice given here is excellent advice. The only thing that I can add is don't cheat. If you decide to clean up your diet, then do it without fail. If your problem is candida or tmau especially, it will get worse if you have the slightest morsel of a packaged or otherwise bad food. Pick ONE health regimen (leaky gut, tmau, candida) and stick to it for about 4 months. If you notice the Body Odor declining, then keep doing more of that. If you notice it increasing (it might increase for the first 2 weeks even if it is working) then try to eat a limited type of food for a few days and then remove it the next few days to see if it is something you are eating. Keep a food journal. A yogurt lover all my life, I just found that when I eat it, I have a sour bo and bb smell that intensifies my normal odor issues. Slowly, if we cut out the bad foods and eat healthy ones, we can possibly heal our body. Good luck!
